Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@hempflowerco.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. This includes flower that has been removed from its sealed packaging, opened vape cartridges, and opened gummy containers.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
