Shipping & Delivery

UK Delivery

We offer tracked delivery on all UK orders. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under £50 incur a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 1–3 working days. During peak periods (bank holidays, seasonal sales), delivery may take an additional 1–2 days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Flower products are sealed in airtight bags inside padded mailers to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping may be available in the future. For wholesale international enquiries, please contact our wholesale team directly.
